Diagramless crossword hints: Year 11 Variety Puzzle #5

Outside the Box Puzzles Year 11 Variety puzzle #5 is a diagramless crossword, 18 squares wide by 17 squares tall. Some solvers prefer to know what type of symmetry (if any) the grid has when solving a diagramless. Some prefer to know which square 1-across starts in. Symmetry hint: The grid has left-right mirror symmetry.

    Hi Joon, I couldn't find any other way to message you. I completed your excellent xword puzzle in the 3/8 Sunday Globe but I STILL don't get the "what's the catch" connection!!
